Pure Arabica, Best Robusta, Blends and Roasts

 

Our skilled master roasters select the best cleaned green beans, determine eventually the proportions for best blend and adopt the optimum roasting time and temperature to obtain the perfect roasted beans permitting to create our range of five items from the basic arabica and robusta beans.

Arabica?
Washed or dry method processing for coffee cherries. Sinouk uses mostly washed coffee for their strong aroma and mild taste. A pinch of acidity could be expected by coffee connoisseurs.

Robusta?
Mostly dry processing for the cherries. For strength in mouth and body in cup. Most of time, dark roast. Sinouk uses also washed beans for milder taste.

Blend?
Optimal selected mix between Arabica for aroma and Robusta for body.
